Guarantees, Warranties & Returns
Our goal is total customer satisfaction, and as such we list our items in a very detailed manner, including clear
  descriptions and full disclosure of cosmetic or other issues with any items including detailed pictures. Our items
  are categorized into several distinct conditions from parts only to brand new to make it easier for the buyer to
  understand exactly what it is that they are purchasing. Each listing details the item, the condition of the item,
  any defects, and the guarantee we provide with each item. Please see the terms below to understand what we offer,
  what level of support we offer and the various guarantees.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase and we will do our best to address those
  questions concerns in a timely and effective manner to the best of our ability.

  concerns. If you immediately open a return request with Ebay our hands are generally tied as to options to offer.
The terms below govern our sales, post sales and return options and processes for the items we sell on Ebay.

Our Universal guarantee is that we will ship you the item described in the auction description and as shown in the actual images we post with each item.
  If any items are not shown or listed then they are not included in the auction.
We do not assume any responsibility for the compatibility
  of any product we sell for your application, so please be sure that you review and understand exactly what you
  are buying and the environment in which you wish to use it.
For all items listed as
New
we guarantee the we
  will ship you a new item as provided by the manufacturer or distributor, in it’s original packaging and that
  it is unused.
  We do not asssume responsibility for any manufacturer’s warranty on any item we sell. All warranty claims must
  be handled directly by the buyer with the manufacturer of the product purchased unless otherwise noted in the
  auction description.
In line with industry standards, especially involving electrical components, 
  all listings for
NOS (New Old Stock)
are guaranteed unused and as received from the
  manufacturer or distributor that we obtained it from, however pulls from unconfigured and unused systems which have
  been parted out for individual sale will not be in original packaging. As their new status indicates,
  they are unused and hence untested, and assumed to be fully functional. As any functional testing would render
  said parts used, we do not test these parts. Additionally, as most of these parts are discontinued and unsupported
  by the manufacturer, as well as many being quite old, and in fact vintage, there is no guarantee that they will
  perform. Our historical experience with the items in question is that the vast majority will function as designed.
  If we are not comfortable with the long term reliability we have historically seen with an item or manufacturer
  we will list them as “Untested / parts only” if we have no means to test them or they are sealed in
  original packaging. In the event that we can test them without breaking a seal, and we feel that our history with
  a given part or manufacturer would lead to us to believe there is a notable risk of failure we will test them and
  list them as seller refurbished and offer a minimum of a no DOA guarantee, but obviously the item can not then be
  listed as new. In light of the foregoing reasons all NOS items are sold with NO performance guarantee. If you are
  uncomfortable with these terms we offer an alternative;
If you wish to contact us, and we are able to test the particular item, we can arrange to do so for a
  non-refundable bench fee seperate from the item payment, timeframe and cost to be negotiated in advance, 
  followed by the buyer completing the auction purchase after which we will invoice for the pre-negotaied bench
  fee. Upon payment of the bench fee we will hold the auction funds until such time as testing is sucessfully
  completed at which point we will ship the item. When you utilize this option we assume all risk for items
  that fail in testing and will fully refund the auction purchase, but the bench fee is non-refundable in
  either case.
Items listed as
used/tested
or
seller refurbished
are provided with
  a No DOA guarantee at a minimum, meaning we guarantee the item to work in it’s intended application and
  environment upon original, proper installation. In the event of an item arriving DOA Please contact us directly
  via Ebay’s messaging system and we will issue you an RMA number and arrange for return shipping. You must return
  the item with all the accessories, etc. that we sent you with the item. All items must be received by us within
  14 days of issuance of the RMA number or we will close and deny the return request. Upon receipt of the returned
  item we will inspect and test the item, in the event of obvious damage you will be responsible for the cost of
  return shipping and no refund will be given and the return will be denied and closed, you will have the option
  to have the returned item shipped back to you upon payment of return shipping as well as the costs to return
  the item to you if you wish. If no trouble is found with the item a refund minus the original shipping costs,
  return shipping costs and a minimum restocking fee of 15% will be offered, alternately you may pay for return
  shipping and the costs to send the item back to you and the return will be closed. In the event that the item
  was not damaged and it fails testing you will be offered the option of a replacement item
  (if available) or a full refund, buyer’s choice.
In the unlikely event that we ship the incorrect item please contact us via Ebay’s messaging system and we will
  issue an RMA number and arrange return shipping. Upon return of the unaltered and unopened, if new and sealed,
  item you will be offered the correct item (if available) or a full refund, buyer’s choice.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SPECIFIED ABOVE IN THIS SECTION,
  WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF

Shipping Information
Consistent with or goal of total customer satisfaction we offer profesional level packaging with the intent
  of getting your item to you in the same condition in which it was sold.
We offer standard shipping terms for each item and list the most common and cost effective alternatives for
  various shipment speeds from ground to overnight. If a shipping option that you would prefer that is not listed
  in the auction shipping options please use Ebay’s messaging system to contact us and we can likely add that
  option to the auction before you make your purchase. If you make the purchase first the changes are much harder
  to make as once a purchase is complete and paid Ebay makes available no option to change it.
We will only ship to the confirmed address provided to us by Ebay at the time of sale, no changes or substitute
  addresses will be permitted.
We are sorry, but we cannot ship on your account for FEDEX or UPS as we are required to guarantee delivery to a
  specific address, and that can be changed by the account holder. This is nothing personal, but just an anti fraud
  restriction designed to protect both the buyer and us.
We do not utilize shipping as a profit center so our rates are comprised of standard shipping rates, and in some
  cases costs for packaging materials and/or requested special handling outside of our traditional workflow.

We pack our items very well to insure the best chance of arrival
undamaged.
We utilize a variety of packing materials depending on secure packaging needs, we use as much recycled packing
  materials as possible which is consistent with our goal of a cleaner, greener world. Please recycle the packaging
  you receive from us.
We utilize USPS and FEDEX as our primary shipping partners. Our primary shipping selections are made based
on utilizing the carrier with the best rate based on size and weight and delivery timeframe of the package in question
and the needs of the customer.
All of our packages of more than minimal value are shipped insured, we assume the risk on the uninsured packages,
  and insurance costs are included in the shipping prices we offer. We will not ship uninsured as a cost saving measure
  as Ebay requires us to be responsible for the package and it’s contents until delivery.
In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged in shipment you must contact us via Ebay’s messaging system
so we can open a claim. For damaged packages please retain all packaging and items until such time a determination can
be made by the carrier as to whether or not they accept responsibility for the damage. If you have the option to take
pictures of the damaged package and items please do so, take detailed pictures as much as possible and include them in
your message to us, it will likely make the claims process go much more smoothly.
For issues with shipping delays on expedited shipping, please contact us via Ebay’s messaging system so we can
initiate a claim for a refund of the charges for expedited shipping.
We package and ship our products by the next business day, and in many cases the same day dependent on the
  carrier’s cutoff times. For expedited shipping selected by our customers we endevour to ship the same day if
  possible, subject to order time relative to carrier cutoff times. Please feel free to contact us for specific
  shipping needs and timeframes.
If we are already making a trip to the carrier or shipping agent we will take all of the prepared packages,
  so many of our USPS and Fedex Ground orders will ship the same business day, but our guarantee is next business
  day.
Support Information
Due to the nature of Ebay sales we cannot offer the full range of support options that our brick and mortar store
  offers but when possible we will try to help with basic issues encountered with the products we sell.
We assume no responsibility for compatibility of our items, if you are unsure if any item will work in your
  application, please contact us and we will attempt to answer any questions you may have to help make that
  determination. The Majority of items we sell are all industry standard products, and those that aren’t will be
  clearly indicated as such.
Product Identification and Tracking
We track and log the Serial Number (S/N) of ALL items with a S/N available to record before shipment. We also
  utilize other methods to clearly identify items shipped by us including, but  not limited to unalterable ID stickers,
  invisible markings, etc. for fraud prevention. While the vast majority of people are honest, there are those who
      will attempt to commit fraud, and our actions are designed to prevent such fraud so that we can keep our prices lower
  than if we have to collect a little bit extra from everyone to pay for the actions of a few.
