We will accept returns for 30 days after order is received by you based on tracking information. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. If you are returning an item, it must be received by us in the condition you received it in. Returned item will be inspected upon receipt. It is up to our discretion to provide a partial refund for items that are damaged, sealed packaging that has been opened, missing pieces, or any other reason that would cause the value to be reduced. Items reported as defective will be tested prior to submitting a refund. If the item was damaged during shipping we may need you to retain the packaging or take photos as evidence for an insurance claim with the shipper.
