This is a custom designed 3D printed, letter and small package measure tool for anyone who ships their products through canada post.
This professional version is exactly the same dimensions of the tool that canada post employees use at the post office. The difference is my tool is designed to be much more compact, thicker and stronger, nicer hand feel (contoured smooth edges) and overall just a better design.
In Canada if your letter is over 5mm thick then it would be considered an oversize package. If that package is over 20mm thick then its considered a parcel. With every stage the shipping costs gets higher and higher, so its nice to have this tool, to try and package properly , too reduce your costs and maximize profits.

This Design is the only design that has it all.
Largest small package slot –  33% wider than any other tool ( up to 300mm)
Strongest Design – Twice as thick and much more solid than all the other designs.
This design is high quality. Every detail was meticulously thought out.
I even added rounded corners and all the edges, so it just feels “nice” in the hands as well.
I also designed this with 2 holes so you can hang it in your office, whichever way your prefer.
This order comes with:
1) The 2 halfs of the tool
2) 3 screws already threaded into one of the halfs.
3) 1 extra 3d printed screw.
4) Detailed instructions on how to properly assemble this tool.
What you will need to assemble:
#3 or #4 Flathead screwdriver.
The holes for hanging are approx 7mm in diameter.

3D printing Details:
All 3D items are 100% brand new, never used!
These designs have been printed and re printed multiple times to end up with a superior designed product. Some of these items have been remade
upwards of a dozen times. Our designs are engineered and designed, tested and redesigned, to be better.
Some prints that require exact dimension may be slightly off (max 1 mm) due to various factors.
3D printed items are not perfect they may have small lines, color variances or blemishes but this will not affect the intended use of the object.
Customization:
We can also customize this item for your personal preference.
We can make this item smaller or larger by scale. If smaller by scale the price remains the same, but if larger the price will increase depending on size.
We can also increase the resolution to make a higher detailed print (as low as 20 microns, high quality prints half the width of a human hair) Any increase in resolution will also increase the price.
If you expect any alterations to the design, the price will go up according to the work required.
We can also print in different plastics or colors if you prefer(depending on stock).

Shipping Policy:
I ship Canada post at the lowest possible prices. I will ship your order
within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment, minus on weekends.
Currently I have no tracking on my shipments because with Canada post
it would cost too much to ship, so please take that into consideration,
prior to bidding. Also please note: Canada Post does not deliver on
weekends, so if something is marked “shipped” on Friday , Saturday or
Sunday, that item will not actually begin to start moving to its
destination until the following Monday. Also, If your order is marked
“shipped” no alterations or cancellations can be made to the order.
International buyers (USA included!) delivery may take up to 4 weeks. I
can not control the time a package takes, once its shipped it’s no
longer in my hands. I have found that Canadian Customs and Canada post
can be very slow at times. Due to Canada’s sluggish customs and mail : I
can not refund any international order that was shipped less than 28
days ago, as it can take that long from Canada. Duty fees, customs fees
or Import fees, are not included in shipping charge.
Anywhere else Minus North America – Delivery May take 6-8 weeks.
If you want faster delivery or tracked shipping, please contact me prior
to buying. I can offer a faster delivery or tracked but shipping will
cost a lot more, because Canada post is extremely expensive.
We also pack the majority of our items within a bubble mailer, so its arrives to you safe!
